I was born and raised in Bellingham, Washington, and live there today. In 2001, I became a Realtor, and also began investing in property. Since then I have personally bought and sold homes, land, and apartments buildings in Washington and Texas.

I am a Founder and Vice President of the Bellingham Real Estate Investors Network, have been fortunate enough to have spoken to hundreds at the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound in Seattle, and appeared several times on Radio Real Estate, with Mike Kent.
