Jones Engineers, Inc. has successfully completed over 6,900 projects ranging in scope from minor reports and surveys to complex design projects with fees in excess of $1,000,000.? We know our most important asset is our people . . . special people committed to common professional and business philosophies.
Jones Engineers started as a small business operated from an attic in the home of its founder, Harry P. Jones, January 31, 1964. During the next few years the operation grew from a one man business with $200.00 in capital to one of the major civil - surveying firms in the northwest.
The firm grew during the 1970's to one of the top design firms in the United States (Engineering News Record Magazine's ENR Top 500). In the early 80's the firm designed and developed a new office park on Northup Way in Bellevue, Washington and consolidated the corporate offices there. In response to declining market conditions the firm restructured and in 1983 Pat Jones moved the corporate office to Bellingham, Washington.
In 1988, Darcy Jones opened the San Diego branch and Jones Engineers, Inc.. Since then Jones Engineers, Inc. has been actively engaged in the land development community of Whatcom County and San Diego County. |
