After 15 years of business travel throughout North America I gained a deep appreciation for how beautiful and unique the inland Pacific region of Washington truly is. Wherever I went I could find no equal to the snow capped ridge of Mt. Baker, the serene island settings of the San Juans and the peaceful and friendly nature of Birch Bay & Semiahmoo. I decided to spend as much time as possible living and working right here, so I sold my Marketing Corporation, put my Samsonites up on a garage shelf where they've been collecting dust for years and began introducing others to this remarkable region.
Full of enthusiasm and loaded with marketing knowledge I dove into Real Estate in 1998.With the tremendous support of friends, family and hundreds of clients I have been blessed with one of the most successful starts in the business. I love what I do and feel fortunate to help so many others realize their dreams.
When I hand a new home owner their keys or call a seller to present an offer, I know that I've found my calling. Today I market $20,000 lots to 6 million dollar estates and have added a commercial division, referral division and development land division to my firm.
My Business Manager Susie Hentz (former John L. Scott office owner) and support team of Lenders, Title Officers and Home Inspectors all work together to provide our clients with unparalleled service. Every Saturday Morning at 10am I give back to my peers and community on the "Radio Real Estate" program on KGMI am 790.
