The Whatcom County Association of Realtors is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a variety of membership services to our association members and affiliates. In addition to providing a forum to discuss and arbitrate code of ethics complaints, we provide many networking and educational opportunities to both our members and our valuable affiliates.
As of the beginning of August 2004, we have approximately 700 Realtors members, 47 Affiliates and 41 broker offices.
On a daily basis, our Realtor members reach thousands of buyers and sellers, and we are often the first to meet newcomers to the Whatcom County area. Last year, our transaction volume exceeded $4 billion.
As professionals in the real estate business, we adhere to a strict code of ethics, and we strive to exceed our clients' expectations every dday.
